Anesthesiology:

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist provides care to the patient throughout his or her surgical experience. This includes medical evaluation prior to surgery, consulting with the surgical team, providing pain control and support of life functions during surgery, and supervising care immediately following surgery. At the Othello Community Hospital, anesthesiology services are available seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

Departmental Services Area:
The highly qualified team combines the latest in anesthesia techniques with convenience, professionalism and compassion to allow our patients to return to their usual activities in a short a time as possible.

Obstetrical Anesthesia:
The Anesthetist provides clinical anesthesia for obstetrical cases and cesarean sections. We also utilize a variety of techniques of regional analgesia for labor including epidural, spinal, and combined spinal epidural.

Surgical Anesthesia:
The Anesthetist provides full coverage seven days a week, 24 hours a day for:

• Pediatric Cases
• Orthopedic Cases
• G.I. Endoscopy Cases
