About the Position
40 hours per week – Full time position with an on call schedule
Performs a multitude of engineering tasks to include the operation, repair, and maintenance of all hospital utilities and equipment in order to provide continuous and uninterrupted services.
Assists in the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of the hospital in good repair.
Minor electrical work, mechanical repairs, groundskeeping, snow removal, basic carpentry skills preferred, and other duties relating to maintenance are the primary duties. Preforms specific tests and inspections on critical building systems
Routine preventive maintenance and repairs on variety of hospital related equipment which provide a safe and comfortable environment of patients, visitors, and employees.
Ensure the security, safety, and well-being of all personnel, and visitors on the premises. Respond to emergency situations to provide necessary assistance.
