About the Position

 JOB SUMMARY:

The Respiratory Therapy Manager provides continuity of operational management and patient care management of respiratory care.  The Manager is Registered Respiratory Therapist who has a comprehensive understanding and competent skill level in patient care principles and evaluation of work performance in order to assure effective behavior in this leadership role and demonstrates comprehensive understanding of contemporary respiratory principles as related to specific units. They exhibit behaviors which enhance professional development and performance, critical thinking, reflects the mission, vision, and values of Othello Community Hospital. Facilitates the implementation of clinical goals, programs, including development of staff participation in Performance Improvement, staff directed team activities, education, and other management goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A. Current license to practice as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the State of Washington.

B. RRT is required as recognized by the National Board of Respiratory Care.

C. Minimum three years’ experience as a Respiratory Therapist.

WAGES:

$35.90 to $53.35 Per Hour
