About the Position

Othello Community Hospital is seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Marketing Specialist. This hybrid role is crucial in attracting top-tier talent to our critical access hospital while simultaneously enhancing our community engagement and promoting our services. The ideal candidate will possess strong recruitment skills, and innovative marketing expertise to help us grow and strengthen our presence in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Coordinator: Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract highly qualified healthcare professionals; Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding; Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and other healthcare facilities to create a strong talent pipeline; Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify potential candidates.

Marketing & Community Involvement: Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote hospital services, events, and initiatives; Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor online presence to enhance the hospital’s visibility; Collaborate with departments to create promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and advertisements

Community Involvement: Plan and coordinate community outreach programs, health fairs, and educational workshops to increase hospital visibility and involvement; Represent the hospital at community events, ensuring a positive and professional presence.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, marketing, communications or a related field or equivalent experience; Proven experience in healthcare recruitment and/or marketing, preferably within a healthcare field; Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and community engagement strategies; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders; Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns; Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Wages: $22.28 - $36.56 (hourly)
